About Coherist

Built to see the whole business.

Coherist was founded on a simple observation: the problems that limit growth rarely belong to just one function.

After decades of working across marketing, sales, technology, operations, and strategy, the same pattern kept appearing. Businesses were often trying to solve interconnected problems one department, tool, or initiative at a time.

Coherist was created to take a different approach.

The Founder

Experience across the business, not just one part of it.

Coherist was founded by Mark Bramble, drawing on more than 30 years of experience working across the functions that shape growth and business performance.

His career has crossed marketing, sales, technology, operations, strategy, and execution—often working in the spaces between them, where ownership becomes less clear and seemingly isolated problems turn out to be connected.

That cross-functional experience became the foundation for how Coherist sees and approaches business problems today.

Why Coherist

The spaces between functions are often where the real problem lives.

Organizations naturally divide work into functions. Marketing has its priorities. Sales has its targets. Operations has its processes. Technology has its systems. Leadership has the larger business objective.

Each can make reasonable decisions and still create a result that doesn't work for the organization as a whole.

Coherist was built around the belief that solving those problems requires seeing the relationships between them—not simply optimizing each part independently.

That's why our work begins with the business outcome, looks across the system producing it, and follows the evidence wherever it leads.

How We Work

Good advice should serve the business, not the advisor.

Our job isn't to defend a methodology, sell a predetermined solution, or create unnecessary dependency. It's to understand what is actually happening, help determine what should change, and support the business in making that change when needed.

What you can expect

Evidence before prescription

A whole-system perspective

Plainspoken recommendations

Practical next steps

What you shouldn't expect

A predetermined answer

A bigger project for the sake of a bigger project

A black box

Dependency as the goal

What are you trying to accomplish, understand, or change?

Let's start the conversation.

No commitment. Just a discussion.
