Strategy & Execution

Turn a clear priority into coordinated action.

Coherist helps leaders design the next step and carry out selected parts of it across the people, processes and systems supporting commercial growth.

You may need a practical strategy, help implementing an agreed change, or both. We scope the work around your outcome, the evidence available and the capabilities your team already brings.

Two ways to move the work forward

Strategy: decide how the work should happen

Translate an agreed business priority into choices, responsibilities, requirements and a workable implementation path. The work can address commercial workflows, operating responsibilities, revenue-system requirements and the measures leadership will use to guide progress.

Possible outputs include a strategy brief, prioritized roadmap, workflow design and defined business requirements. The scope determines which are useful.

Execution: carry out a defined part of the plan

Put your marketing and sales plans into practice. Project or bounded fractional support can include website builds, marketing program setup and execution, CRM workflows, lead handling and reporting, with clear responsibilities and checks.

Possible outputs include implemented changes, test results, operating guidance and a documented handoff. Platform requirements and delivery responsibilities are confirmed before commitment.

Explore Execution

Connect the work to the outcome

A sales process, a website, a reporting approach and a CRM each play a part in how a business serves customers and earns revenue. The relevant connections depend on the outcome you want to support.

Coherist keeps those connections in view while staying within a defined scope. That means considering the people who will use the work, the decisions it needs to support and the next step in the customer or commercial process.

Start where your evidence supports a decision

If you already have a sufficiently defined need and supporting evidence, Strategy or Execution can be the first engagement. You do not need to purchase a diagnostic to access either.

If an unresolved question could materially change the direction, Enterprise Advisory may help establish what deserves attention. Advisory provides evidence and priorities; Strategy designs the selected approach; Execution implements agreed portions of it. Each has its own scope and endpoint.

Your team may be best placed to do the work internally, or a specialist may be more appropriate. We discuss that as part of determining where Coherist can contribute.

Agree the boundaries before work begins

We define the outcome, deliverables, client participation, responsibilities and acceptance checks together. You provide a sponsor, relevant information and access, and the people needed for decisions and review.

Timing and commercial terms depend on the specific work. Additional phases, tools, third-party costs and ongoing responsibilities are agreed separately. Progress is assessed against the evidence and measures selected for the engagement.
