Execution

Put your marketing and sales plans into practice.

You may need a website, a coordinated marketing program, or a better way to move inquiries into a qualified sales pipeline.

Coherist helps set up and execute the marketing, sales workflows and digital systems that support your commercial goals, with a defined scope, clear ownership and a practical way to check what has been delivered.

Support for a defined piece of the work

Your team may need a website build, a marketing program put into motion, or focused support across the funnel and pipeline. Work can include content and campaign setup, CRM workflows, lead capture, follow-up automation and reporting. We agree which parts Coherist will deliver and whether the work is a project or a bounded ongoing role.

We start with the intended outcome and the plan behind it. We confirm what is ready to implement, what needs a decision and where specialist involvement may be appropriate. The engagement covers the parts Coherist is equipped and authorized to deliver.

Where execution support can fit

Website builds and digital journeys

Build or improve the website, landing pages and inquiry paths that support your marketing and sales goals. Connect the public experience to lead capture, follow-up and the people responsible for the next step.

Marketing program setup and execution

Set up and carry out an agreed marketing program across content, campaigns, digital channels and supporting tools. Define the audience, messages, responsibilities, production cadence and measures before work begins.

Marketing and sales operations

Put CRM stages, lead handling, follow-up, automation and marketing-to-sales handoffs into practice. Agree the requirements, ownership and checks so the process supports a usable funnel and pipeline.

Measurement adoption and handoff

Set up useful reporting, test the agreed customer and team workflows, and help the people responsible operate them. Leave guidance and clear ownership, or agree a bounded ongoing execution role.

What completion can look like

The agreed outputs can include an implemented workflow or system change, a tested customer journey, operating instructions and a handoff to a named internal owner. Where useful, the supporting record includes:

  • A work plan with scope, responsibilities, dependencies and review points.
  • Documented configuration or process decisions within the agreed workstream.
  • Test scenarios and results, including unresolved issues and limitations.
  • Guidance for the people using or maintaining the changed process.
  • An acceptance and handoff record stating what was delivered and what remains.

Before implementation begins, we agree what will count as complete. Finishing a system change and improving a commercial result are different milestones; we define how each will be assessed where the scope includes both.

Your team stays involved

You name a sponsor and a person who will own the work after handoff. You provide the required access, relevant platform or vendor support, and people to review decisions and test the result.

We agree approvals, change windows and recovery arrangements before changes to live systems. Work outside the agreed boundary returns for a scope decision. New software costs, third-party services and ongoing support are agreed separately rather than assumed.

Begin with the evidence you already have

A previous Coherist engagement is not required. If your desired outcome, requirements and supporting evidence are sufficiently defined, we can discuss Execution directly.

If the approach still needs design, explore Strategy. If there is a consequential question about what should change, Enterprise Advisory can help establish the evidence for that decision.

The work may end with a handoff to your team. It may also identify a role for a specialist or another provider. Any further phase is a separate decision, and timing, deliverables and commercial terms are agreed for the specific engagement.
